Sweet Potato Casserole


Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

4-5 cups mashed sweet potatoes
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 1/4 cup Splenda
5 tsp unbleached flour
1/4 tsp salt

Mix all the above together & put in a buttered pan.



Topping:
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar

Mix together and spread on the potato mixture.

Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
